What Constitutes a Successful Upcoming Season?

I like a championd league trophy or even getting to the final would be great.
 
Premier League - retain (really don’t care about new records)
Champions league - get to the final
FA cup - win it
Catabolic Cup - play the kids

Raheem signs new contract
Kun, Kev, Gabby, Leroy, Raz, Mahrez, score 120 goals between them in all competitions
Eddie wins Golden glove
John Stones emerges as no 1 CB
Phil Foden wins first England cap
Liverpool fans develop some sportsmanship and class.
Maureen still in place at end of United season but states he is still 5 players short of a decent squad
Chelsea and Arsenal come 2nd and 3rd in PL, Spuds scrape into 4th spot :-)
No major injuries
Greater clarity and action re extension of Etihad and Collar site
Don’t run out of chips
Heineken is looked after better than Fosters
Pat and Anne (they sit next to us) renew SC
Premier Inn Denton gets air con fitted and creates a better pub next door
HRH Sheik Mansour Attends home game vs.dippers and enjoys a 4-0 victory


My perfect season.
 
In recent years we have dipped after each major summer finals, and this year things may even be harder. For me we may need some patience at the start as players come back, regain their sharpness-so success would be a run at the league again.
 
I really want Pep to somehow kill the Anfield hodoo. Please dont go there again knowing exactly what to expect from them (drinking blood soup made by Klopp,, high pressure, high energy running for at least 70 minutes and booing from Pool fans) and when we experience these get surprised lose the ball a lot make defensive mistakes amateur way let them counter our high line defence and lose like 3/0 or 4/2 or anything like that.
 
Do to the dippers what we did to the rags - wrench the league from their grasp with the last kick of the season
 
Winning the league
A good CL run (semi final minimum)
Fa Cup play first teamers and win it
League Cup blood younger players see how we get on, although it is a good day out at wembley

Consolidation as Champions, putting Liverpool and United to the sword. Not slipping up against weaker teams. Good cup runs but most importantly in the Champions League.
 
Go all-in for the Champions League.

Not fussed about the domestic stuff - just go out, entertain and play with a sense of joy.

Success for me would be to retain the title as we’ve never done it before.

Would signal pure domination in this country.

I believe the club and Pep will want the CL though.

On a side note I’d like to see Foden and Diaz develop into the players they can be, by playing a much more active role in the campaign.
