I think this would be my dream summer. But doubt we will spend that much as its not as easy as said when involving players in swap deals

i think its very possible mate! nett spend could be £80m on the lot with shifting deadwood as well and including players such as ade and aj in deals.

i think we have to one more time mate! plus these players are of the right age that this could be our last big spend then we have a squad that that could be together years! the etihad sponsorship deal kicks in this coming season i think £40m per season? the whole world will be watching us again to see how we defend our title but we also need a long run in the champions league! more trophies = more money = these players will have cost less etc.

Won't happen, every year seems to be our last year of spending big. We're Premier League Champions now, only minor changes are needed, not a revamping of the squad like is going on at Chelseas. No chance of 4 'world-class' players.

Thiago Silva won't happen.
I'd be surprised if we're prepared to spend £40m on Falcao, I guess that depends on the money we receive for Dzeko, rumours are getting stronger about his return to Germany.
I'd love Bale, but again, but I don't think Spurs will accept a penny below £40m, hope I'm wrong though.
Martinez looks possible but is also linked strongly with Bayern.

I think it's time to be more realistic.

Bale, Martinez/M'Vila and the return of Guidetti would be a fantastic transfer window for us and could even leave us with a net profit.

I have a feeling that Tevez will stay with us, but can see the sale of Dzeko going through. Although he has scored some mighty fine important goals for us and started off the season well, Dzeko unfortunately does not fit in with the style of football that we play.

Savic I think will come on this season, he would have learnt from last year, the lad is only 21 years old and is still learning the game.

I think this is pretty much what the team needs except if we could somehow get Kevin prince boateng from Milan he would be Much more better than Martinez in the Midfield and would totally cover for either Barry , Dejong or even yaya depending on how the case maybe (Injuries , Afcon and all of that) . The thing i like Most about KPB is his aggression on the pitch and when i say aggression in don't mean reckless tackles like Cheikh Tiote and NDJ (sad but true) rather i mean his resilience on the ball , he hardly loses the ball and he is not just all tackles ,he also gives brilliant passes too .

KPB can bring the following to Mancity compared to Martinez :
1. Youth / Longevity = In covering for either Yaya or Barry who are 29 and 32 respectively plus he would give us at least 5 good seasons before he becomes 30 , KPB was born 1987 , Martinez 1988 no difference really (Of course Martinez can also bring longevity too ).

2. Team rotation / diversity : He plays as AMF and sometimes deep as DMF in Milan. Martinez on the other hand only plays DMF and sometimes as a make shift defender in AB something they can afford to do in the Spanish league but definitely not in the EPL as we all know that Makeshift defenders in the EPL = suicide .

3. Experience : KPB has played in 2 consecutive UCL competitions against giants such as real madrid and Barcelona and has always been involved in providing an assist (the game against madrid) and actually scoring against barcelona . His experience is needed if we want to go ahead to win the UCL or be at the finals .

4.Goals: Has great shot power on his feet and Scores when it matters something Barry / NDJ hardly provides .

I believe only 2 players are needed .

1. a CB= T.Silva or Chellini , Milan's interest in Tevez could only mean that we stand a better chance of getting T.Silva

2.Javi Martinez or KPB = Maybe we could offer Kolo Toure plus some cash to Milan for KPB considering the fact that we could be taking their best defender away (T.silva for Tevez) and they would want to find a cover for T.Silva immediately , I still believe Kolo is one of the top 5 ...lets say Top 10 defenders in the world , Milan love older players and the league isn't as fast or demanding as the EPL so he would do just fine there .

Kolo Toure is one of the top 5 defenders in the world? Really? And Boateng is a very talented player, but he has a horrible attitude and for that reason I wouldn't want him anywhere near our club.

I agree with the comments about Boatengs attitude. I don't think he suits us at all. I would still go with Martinez to cover for the centre backs and/or a holding midfield. I think M'Vila is worth going for because of his quality, youth and speed.

I hope we get Gaston Ramirez despite his idiotic agent blabbing everything to the world, and only one more on the wish list.....
