And it's started. Just got an email saying it'll now be delivered. between 11am & 4pm. I've had a few deliveries this week and every single one arrived on time or even early. Yet these useless fuckers can't even get it to me on the right day most times.

Like clockwork isn't it? I had an Evri parcel delivery (A city shirt) get delivered 5 hours early without notice, luckily I was in but if I wasn't I'd have missed it or they would have dropped kicked it over my back gate.

I feel your pain and most would agree that's a common occurrence.

Drop kicking everything over my garden gate is the weapon of choice these days, Evri drivers have got a fair hoof on them.

We need to start a campaign for all houses to have postal lockers outside them so that parcels can be posted without you being in.

RM are so behind the times, your experience is exactly the same as mine every time I'm expecting a delivery from them. The fact you can't fully track delivery from them in 2025 is shocking, with most others, I know exactly where the driver is at any moment in the day.

I'm getting this in early as I'm waiting for Royal Mail to deliver a parcel, supposedly between 9:20 and 11:20am. I know exactly how it will play out, as this happens every time. 11:20 will arrive with no sign of the delivery and some time later I'll get an email saying either (a) they tried to deliver it but no one was in, or (b) it'll now be delivered some time before 7:30pm.

In the latter case, it won't arrive at all today and they'll send me a email saying they'll reschedule it for Monday, when I'm out. There will an option to pick a more convenient time, which I'll do and will get confirmation of. Then they'll deliver it on Monday regardless and leave it on the front door step.

What I find staggering about the ad is 1) the cost of employing these supposed celebs. 2) who in their right mind thought it was a good idea. 3) are they so out of touch with their customer base that they it is a credible ad. 4) did they ever bother to listen to their customer base. Next we will be seeing ads for the Water Companies!

I am surprised the company is still in existence after the way they colluded with a large tech company to fuck over their subcontractors.

As it is burn it all down and start again, the whole thing is a shitshow. My postie is brilliant and many more are but the company? Meh!

Virgin Fuckin' Media. I had to ring them so I accepted I had to prove who I was. The account number wasn't good enough, neither was my email or mobile phone number. The problem was my name, my surname was correct but for some unknown reason my first name is now recorded as a capital letter, hash exclamation mark.
Despite this not being any recognised name in any language, to change it back I have to complete a long form and send a copy of my marriage certificate. Apart from the fact that some knobhead did, you couldnt make it up.

It actually arrived at 12:30. I'm staggered. OK, it was just over an hour outside the original window but well within the second, and on the promised day. That's a step in the right direction.

Today I’ve had to walk around a car that was parked fully on the pavement, yes all four fucking wheels on the pavement. I couldn’t believe it and that pissed me off.

The storms brought a huge tree down and it completely blocked a busy road.
Within a few hours teams were out clearing the road and 2 days later the road was re-opened.
Have you noticed I've not mentioned the pavement? This huge stump is still there, on a corner, forcing people pushing prams, wheelchair users, the elderly, to walk in the road.

Got an email yesterday saying Wolves ticket will be delivered before 1200. Stayed in until 1300 and no ticket. Went on tracker and it was delivered at 1003 to the wrong address. The picture of it in a letter box was somewhere else. Rang this morning and they said they'd try to retrieve it and deliver to me, but I'm away all week so it means coming back to Manchester on the off chance they've found it. Looks like I'm spending tomorrow on the phone to City to get a replacement.
