What if pellegrini fails?

whatever, lets just forget about the insanity that was sacking a brilliant manager like mancini and move on. Mancini can look after himself after all

No insanity whatsoever in sacking Mancini, and i speak as someone who liked him. I was predicting before Christmas that he'd be getting sacked at the end of the season, purely based on the motivation and performance of the team.

As for those criticising Txiki and Soriano for the way they are running the club, i would point out that they are still sorting out the mess left by the previous management. MCFC is one of the most exciting projects in world football, with the best owners and now the best management anyone could wish for. If you can't see where this management is taking our club then i would suggest you look at the way they transformed Barca into the powerhouse it is today. Be patient and enjoy the journey, we're going to go far.

Great post.

If Pellegrini is rubbish, he will be sacked.

If he does pretty well, such as a decent challenge for the title, he will most likely be kept on to continue the growth of the club in the way Soriano has mentioned.

Mancini would still be doing the job if he had any interest in working with people towards the future of the club & bringing though players rather than being purely interested in spending money & also he may have survived if the players at the club really wanted him as manager, which they clearly don't.

He wasn't sacked for finishing 2nd.

Can anyone imagine us finishing out of the top 4? And if we did what would happen to the gaffer?

i just hope for team unity, playing beautifully, giving chance to youngsters (i.e guidetti, suarez, lopes) , finish top 4, win carling cup and advance from group stage in UCL. enough for me.

the most important thing, hopefully Pellegrini don't turn into media clown like Mancini. just stay classy.

might have to visit the states The Golden Gate Bridge is the most popular suicide spot in the United States, perhaps even in the world. In the 75 years since its opening, at least 1,300 people have committed suicide there, an average of almost 20 people per year, or one person every 16 days. The bridge is so popular partly because of its beautiful and romantic location, but also because it's such a failsafe way of dying. Every jumper has a 98% chance of success, a much higher percentage than for hanging, a drug overdose, or shooting. The bridge is 225 feet high, and after a four second fall, jumpers hit the water at a speed of 75mph, with a force equivalent to a lorry crashing into a wall.

98% chance of success wont be good enough for the OP im afraid but excellent research!!
