Whatever crime you commit, you have to pay the financial penalty of causing that crime.
For example:
- You rob a car, you have to pay back the value of the car. If the car's recovered, you have to pay 50$ back
- You kick off coming out a nightclub. How ever many coppers it takes for them to restrain you, you have to pay their wages for the time they took to nick you. If you end up in a cell overnight, you pay the rate of a hotel for the night
- Benefit cheats, insurance cheats etc, pretty simple that they have to pay back everything they stole or cheated
- Murder. For the rest of your life, you have to pay the family a certain amount every month.
That's the only way to stop people committing crime, hit em where it hurts. The money is taken off by the employer like they do with student loans. If you commit a crime (say for example stealing money to pay off your fine/debt) then you get banged up straight away.
Oh, and being locked up means you do forced labour. Whether it's sweeping the streets in a chain gang or painting a wall covered in graffiti whilst chain to a concrete block, everyone has to do it.
Pretty harsh, but we need it. Basically figure out what they do in Singapore and Japan to criminals, copy it and hopefully you'll have safe streets.

It should be, pinch a car =black and Decker one knee cap, do it again= black and Decker the other knee cap.
Kick off coming out of a night club= kick shit out of you and jaw wired up so you can’t drink so fast anymore.
Benefit cheats= made to work doing shit jobs pay back money with interest.
