This puts the tin hat on it for me. I have zero interest in the UCL and I couldnt care less how we get on in it. As far as Im concerned I would like us to get qualify for it every year and then treat it with the disdain that they constantly show us

USD is a fairly universal currency. I'd be really surprised if there hadn't been numerous brown envelopes stuffed with dollars passing between FIFA delegates or their associates and family members.
