What was the last vinyl record you bought?

Just pre ordered the new Lathums album which is out in September.

Not a lot of new music out so this should be a banging record. Trying to get in to the Snuts but really struggling.

Spent yesterday afternoon at a mates Uncles house. This is a good mate, someone I've holidayed with etc etc and he only told me that his Uncle dealt in records 3 days ago. It slipped his mind! This Uncle doesn't do online and only sells at car boots etc etc so I was a little dubious.

Until I saw what he had. Sure he had the usual rubbish but there is also boxes and boxes of decent stuff. 3 rooms in his house full of it. The garage is full of carry cases. I barely made a dent and spent 200 quid on 30 albums. Albums that included the original Quadrophenia, Delicate Sounds of Thunder etc etc all for very cheap prices. I tried to give him fair prices but he wasn't having it...I need the space mate...I know what I paid...just want to make a little profit...

We've arranged to go back. Very soon. There's rooms I've not even set foot in.

A gold double disc awaits as well if you want. Acoustic on the 2nd disc.
Yeah I just got email from townsend re limited silver disc now. Hard to keep up with them all. I buy lot of pre orders and by the time they're posted I've forgotten. My mate put me on to a band called Sault who release very limited stuff. I try to buy stuff I'm into anyway such as bunnymen peel sessions on red vinyl/ bowie - Paul Smith. But then some of the prices people pay tempts me to flip and sell
