No City players involved at all, as when it goes tits up as it always does for England the City players will be blamed. And you can be sure if Foden goes they will build him up and hammer him when they go out.

Other Important Players (Will be needed at some point):

Maguire - Expect him to play over Mings, I wouldn't pick him though.
Shaw - Left back is up for grabs.
Cresswell - Left back is up for grabs.
TAA -Would start usually but his form has fell off a cliff this year.
AWB - Not quite good enough but performs well against certain players (Sterling).
Rice - Good squad player to come on for an attacker when we need defensive reassurance.
Maddison - If Grealish or Foden are struggling.
Mount - I don't see it but he's the 4th best option after the 3 above.
Barnes - Played his way into the conversation for an alternative option.
Rashford - I know he's one of theirs but I him and he has a chance of starting over Sancho.


It's a nice starting XI, shame about James Justin's injury, he would have been my nailed on left back.

If Southgate can't get that team playing well then he has to go before the World Cup, Semi-Final minimum requirement.
