Sort the pavement/tarmac round the ground so we're not all dodging and/or getting splashed by puddles every time it inevitably pisses it down.

A huge rethink about what they serve on matchdays.(Drink and food)
Stop folk smoking in the toilets.
Half and half scarfs.

Not that much wrong witht the food these days. It's a million miles form outside caterers scraping cheese slices with their dirty finger nails to put on your burger, oh the joys of the Kippax!
