Doing the rest of yesterdays brisket also.
Been out here for 8 hours, looking good for some kick ass pulled pork sarni's.
Home made bbq sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, peanut oil, worster sauce, hoi sin sauce, ground sea salt, ground black pepper, molasses, some pork butt rub i got sent from a friend in texas, apple cider vinegar and white wine vinegar.
Sides are traditional texas stuff, german potato salad aka err potato salad with some sauerkraut, smoked baked beans and coleslaw.
Will; update pics if it i remember.
