Absolutely no chance...

He hasn't exactly done anything to raise his value during his spell with us. The contrary I'd say.
Anyone signing him would take a HUGE risk, and I doubt any owner would feel comfortable spending mega-money on such a gamble.

30 million.... - Just out of interest then, - what would you value for example Clint Dempsey at? A low-maintenance, quiet and professional player who works his socks off for the team every single time he enters the pitch. He also has scored three more than Mario, 16, and have six more assists. Mario has none in the PL by the way.

Or what about Adebayor? Scored two more than Mario and made 16 assists more.


Or to pick someone at the same age as Mario, how about Eden Hazard? Should we be looking at around 40mil for acquiring him then? 50?

If we wanted to sell Mario, and I would have no problem with that, we would be trying to sell hype. Based on quality and team-contribution we'd be lucky to get 17mil.
