What's the best mind-blowing movie twist of all time? Spoiler alerts as standard!

Probably already mentioned but I see Dead Man’s Shoes is on Film 4 at 10.50pm tonight.
You’re welcome.

Edit.
Sorry, forgot the point of the thread,

As a starter for 10, I'll nominate The Others. Set in 1945, the principal character, Grace, played by Nicole Kidman, lives with her two young children in a large country house in Jersey having given up her soldier husband as dead. The twist in The Others is that Grace eventually figures out that she and her family are not being haunted but are, in fact, ghosts, and that 'the others' of the title is a reference to a new family living in the house. Like all great movie twists, the story draws you in on a certain premise before completely disorientating the viewer. I remember being really annoyed at my complete failure to see it coming!
I may be being a bit too obvious and daft here but shouldn't you have put that behind a spoiler ?
No point watching it now really..

Shutter Island is a fantastic movie starring Leo DiCaprio with a big twist at the end. Which I wasn't expecting.

Dead Mans Shoes for me too

Blew my mind the first time I watched it - great twist and not one I expected

Apologies for naming a TV series and not a film.

But a series I thought was great, which everyone else I know who watched it thought was a pile of shit, was The Leftovers. Where 2% of the worlds population, suddenly and mysteriously just vanish into thin air.

Anyway, it turned out that the “leftovers “ were in fact the ones who’d disappeared. Or something like that. Can’t quite remember now.

Yep I noticed it straight away. The dinner table scene was like obvious to me. The fact they needed the kid to help the audience by saying some don't even know they're dead was funny.

I think Dead Man's Shoes done it better and a lot more harrowing too.

Usual Suspects was good, Spacey telling a load of horse shit as he went along to the fax coming in, top stuff.
Excellent film, but remember thinking 'They've ripped off an early episode of Only Fools and Horses'.
