What's the most obscure goal you've seen in a City match in

Did anyone see David Johnson - the Sergeant Pepper -era Beatles lookalike and former Liverpool striker - score for City?
I'll see your David Johnson goal and raise you a Steve Daley goal. Yes, seriously. Away as well; at Bolton (late '78-ish). I still have nightmares about witnessing such an earth shattering moment!

I was at the games that most of the previous posts mention.

Luton at home think it ended 3-0. Ref gave a free kick (or didn't) can't remember which but White scored from it at the North Stand end. I'm sure someone with less booze inside them will have a full memory of it.

gary cheating bastard crosby at forest!!

school next day me was hell i can tell ya...

I was there they played classical music to us in the away end. The fucker couldn't take another corner for the rest of the game.

Chelsea at home about 1976/77 - Bonnetti kicked/passed the ball to Graham Wilkins(Ray's brother)and then turned and walked back to his goalline.
Wilkins just kicked it back to him without noticing that Bonnetti had turned his back, and the ball whizzed past Bonnetti into the Chelsea goal for the most bizzarre own goal I have ever seen.
And we eventually won the game 6-0.

Lescott's goal away to Bolton on the final day of the 2010/2011 season, where the corner came in and just hit him on the head and he didn't know anything about it until it went in.

Rick Holden scoring the "winner" in the last minute of extra time at Bath against Bristol Rovers and running the full length of the pitch to the City fans. Going absolutely mental the whole way.

I love him for getting so excited about a shitty League Cup game but he must have been the only one in the ground that didn't realise that it didn't actually matter a fuck as we were about to go through on away goals anyway.
