I just did cheese but now you've opened a whole new recipe book for me.
I'm getting it out now.

get some of those tortilla breads and make a wrap filling it with any kind of cooked meat, salsa sauce, a bit of grated cheese, salad of your choice and put it in the toastie for a couple of minutes..

absolutely fucking delicious.

someone said air cleaners but they do take dust out of the air in a room and are great for asthmatics and people with dust allergies

There is a reason why they use two buttons. It's because of the "bouncing" effect of all mechanical switches.



So when you press ones, it it might register as being pressed and released and pressed again,and released, and so on. So if you have only one button to both unlock and lock, and it's not "debounced" you would get very frustrated when you try to go in your car. Instead of adding a debouncing circuit, two buttons are used to fix that problem. They still bounce, but they do nothing. Some remotes might only use one button if they debounce the switch, but its easier and cheaper to use two switches. Plus some people would get confused with only one button :)
I should add that the bouncing occurs in the millisecond range.

It's cheaper to debounce a switch than to add another, the reason they have two is to differentiate locking and unlocking.

Ipad has to be the winner, take a low power computer, remove half of it's functionality, make it as impractical as possible and treble it's price - there are some proper stupid ***** in the world.

Thanks for that BP, very interesting. Surely though if you pay £15,000 for a motor they could be a little 'de-bouncer' thingy in the remote. As it is i usually press the button that does the opposite of what i want.
