Lack of pre season is also obviously a big factor the rags and Wolves are also struggling.

We've lost a system.

We've bought players that don't fit into a system we used so successfully for 2 seasons.

We've made changes to a system for change sake. We never got "found out". Certainly not often enough for us to make such drastic changes.

We never learn imo when we win titles we don't improve our squad, it happened with Mancini & Pellegrini and imo it's happening to Pep.

No idea why Rodri isn't on that list lol.

I know. I said as much earlier in the thread. The question is why it stopped. At around the same time our defence dropped deeper which (when combined with the lack of pressing) left a lot of space for Leeds to exploit which really let them off the hook. Our passing also went to pieces as well at that time.

Not sure if it was instructions (defence to drop deeper after going in front to protect against the ball behind) or just a lack of fitness. It would be a bit concerning if we can't press for more than 20 mins though.

1, Pep - motivation - does he have the motivation to oversee the rebuild required?

2, Pep - commitment - either commit to the Club or head on and take a thoroughly deserved break from football.

Any doubts about either will filter through and impact all aspects of the Club. I can't begin to imagine what the past few months have been like for Pep but they've clearly taken their toll. He's still the best in the business but is just flesh and blood like the rest of us.
