What's your favourite boozer and why?

The fave old Manchester boozer was Cox’s Bar, a crusty old drinking gaff that sold the best Boddies. And the John Bull on a Friday afternoon for other reasons…

the Holy Inadequate in Etruria is extremely decent, although swearing is considered a no-no.

yep not far from Parsonage Gardens, Mulligans is off Bridge street, not sure on any name change, I've known it as Mulligans for years.

Was renamed 'NELSONS Pie & Ale House' for a brief period late 80's.

Have walked past this pub many times (it's near to a good Wetherspoons).
Byker is a mixed bag, but the Geordies are usually decent folk.
Am sure there will be a rematch very soon...
