When Did We Last Play Well?

WBA away with 10 men

Swansea at home I thought we did well to dig a result out with tired players though that wasn't great football

I've seen CFC and Utd regularly and we're playing better than anyone else in this League. Utd have an extra 6 points minimum due to refereeing

I haven't been convinced this season so far at all, out best performance came against Sunderland at home, a team that has only scored 5 goals in the league and looking a shadow of the side it was last season. Chelsea was OK, but lets be honest, the Chaity Shield is a glorified friendly!

I do think we will get better, but it's only so long you can put performances down to bad luck.

We somehow have the most shots on target in the league but the worst conversion rate, reminds me of Liverpool last season! Aguero has been half the player he was last season, Tevez has been inconsistent, Dzeko has only worked as a sub, Mario should be putting his chances away and we have become too reliant on Silva.

We have some very tough league fixtures coming up and in my opinion if it gets to the derby and we are 7-9 points behind I would be worried! We have to be within 2-4 points off the top if not at the top come January if you ask me!

we are unbeaten in the league since April 9th and are just 2 points from the top and we have not really got going yet.

Just one really good performance with 3 or 4 goal victory will do the trick and get the ball rolling. Don't panic.

The last 20 minutes against Sunderland, everything flowed,we had them run ragged and we could have scored a hatful. You can see why Mancina was gutted to miss out on Van Persie. If he was in our side this season we would have been clear at the top without playing well.

That's not it at all. If Dzeko played in that team he would score just as many as RVP. The difference is that they set up the entire team to support the striker. Wingers and fullbacks bring the ball right into the oppositions danger zone with the sole intention of picking out RVP. He gets so many chances he should have had 5 yesterday. There isn't a striker problem at city.

This season? The West Brom game is the obvious stand out choice. Apart from that, and the Fulham and Sunderland games, we haven't really done ourselves justice this season.

The second half in the 1-6 last season.
So utd home, Norwich away, Newcastle away, u miss them games.

Sorry, I was referring to the last time we resembled anywhere near our best football.
If we can be unbeaten playing nowhere near our best then that is the biggest back-handed compliment you can pay City

If you mean this season then probably Sunderland at home and West Brom away were slighty above what we have been this season. If you mean where we have played the opponents of the park then I would have to say Norwich away was the last time we played anywhere near how we can play.
