When is it time for a change?

Sacking Pep will not happen end of, not saying he doesn't make mistakes or is above criticism though. Whilst top 4 looks like a long shot at present we should be looking at strethening our depleted squad in January. Evident we need a big rebuild and Pep is still the man for this job.

Pep in. Sadly our players have grown old. We need to rebuild under Pep.

We have compounded the problem in selling our very best young players so now that de Bruyne and Gundogan are old, there are no young players to come in.

We managed to sign Yaya and Silva after a three-decade trophy drought

Suspect we might be a bigger draw these days :)
There isn't a Silva or Yaya out there unfortunately, I'm a tad shocked that some are claiming a home draw to fucking Everton isn't too bad though. We have some right deluded fuckers on here though.

*some may not be deluded just really simple.

In the current crop of circumstances it isn't too bad, and had EFC had a better outcome on 90+5 we'd have bitten off both of Sean Dyches buttocks for 1-1.

OK.
I can just about conceive that he will walk of his own accord — and it will be his decision, you can be fairly sure that that's been talked about between him and Khaldoon very privately in recent times — if he genuinely feels, in his heart of hearts, that he's lost the squad/team. It would hurt him deeply, but I think he would do it. He finds himself in uncharted territory, at present.
That said, until such time as everybody, or nearly everybody excepting Rodri, is back and properly fit, I don't see how that could possibly be judged.

Said it on other similar posts. He has two transfer windows to sort this. If we don't quality for Europe and look like we won't be qualifying next year at Christmas then I think it's ok to have a serious conversation about it. Something tells me some of you are going to look very, very silly in 12 months, though.

If a home draw to Everton isn't bad then the obvious question is what is,?

Every club looks at fixtures and thinks this is were we can get 3 points. The only teams that think a point to Everton at home is good is a team expecting a relegation battle.
