When is it time for a change?

Only way Pep leaves is on his terms. The club will never sack him after what he has brought to this football club and rightly so.

Be careful what you wish for because we will never in our time watching this club get a better coach than Pep. It will only be downhill from here.

What I will say is we have a couple of games in the league now which are winnable and after that we have a ridiculous February and March. If it carries on as it is I do think we will enter territory where he may walk.

The January transfer window will be telling. For me, if we can't/ don't sign anyone, we could be getting hit hard with 115.
115 will be the most important victory in our history and the club must use it to reset every element of the club....sporting....fans....ticket pricing....media/pr....a strategic relaunch of the club !!

Form is temporary. We could be looking at a completely different picture in several weeks time. We're firing blanks right now, but I am certain our form will be a lot better coming into the spring.
Why.....on what basis are you confident.

Not a snide question,

I was confident yesterday and we should've been 2 up but then fell back to playing at walking pace again and conceded with their first shot......AGAIN.

Thoughts please.

I was going to post something similar after being supremely optimistic that if we beat Everton then we'd cruise past Leicester and West Ham.

There's been a huge drop since the treble campaign and the warning signs were there last season when we struggled without Rodri. However, we still had enough energy to pounce when Arsenal and Liverpool dropped silly points.

This won't go away without at least one good transfer window.

Just checking, so you think he will fix it over the next three months yeah? After what you’ve just seen from the previous three?
I’m all for Pep staying, I love him! but people saying he’ll magically fix it aren’t watching what’s happening. He can’t fix this, he doesn’t have the tools or the knowledge to do it because he’s never been in the shit before and he only knows how to be on top. The only way of fixing it this season is if the players stop getting injured, but again, Pep is doing his best to make sure that they stay injured so it’s going to take a while.

I never said 3 months. My point is he will fix it if he is still motivated which i believe he is.. I also never said he would use magic tbf.. He's an innovator and problem solver at heart and just needs time and some patience

Pep should only go when he has lost the dressing room if that ever happens.
Currently there are no signs of this.
Mistakes from generally a small group of individuals are what’s costing us along with injuries to critical players.
I don’t see any disagreements or lack of effort on the pitch and Pep continues to protect them in front of the cameras which is essential.

I'm not really sure what to expect in Jan with transfers tbh. Most of us can see the deficiencies in the squad that exist now, but also those in the future. I can see maybe 1 or 2 arrivals in Jan, then another 3 to 4 in the summer. Departures will obviously affect this.I think by the end of the summer after we will have the majority of a new team/ squad.

I suppose it depends if you're under 30 or not. If you are under 30 you PROBABLY, can't handle a few months of adversity and you'll want the club to ring the changes.
You'll probably want a new up and coming Spanish or Portuguese coach like the ones that don't last long enough to be memorable to anyone else in the bottom half, or someone like those nearly men at most of the top half clubs. Let's have it right. The ONLY two managers who have been worth their salaries in the last 10 years are Pep and Klopp, and one wore the other into semi retirement.
