When is it time for a change?

No way do we consider getting rid of Pep this season.

My concern is how motivated he is to go again next season and how much can he do in 2 years.

So 8+ years of total dominance and success, and then some are asking when he should go because things aren’t like that anymore right now?
You are overstretching it now, it is 6 years and not all of them were total dominance.
And this right now is not "things aren’t like that anymore right now", this has been a relegation form football at its best. Right now it looks no single player on of or off the pitch reacts to him and we know what he said would happen if that ever happen.

What I saw today was a lack of any coaching

Centre backs whom refuse to pass the ball outside but instead play 5 yard tippy tappy crap and slow the game down (The amount of times especially in the 1st half Ake refused the pass to Guardavol but instead turned inside was beyond ridiculous

The temp of the whole team is too slow, we effectively allow teams to get into a defensive position, we have zero transition speed

Inability to defend in any organised manner

Zero press, at one point it was excellent but alas no longer

All of this is coaching nothing to do with getting better player, Guardiola needs to be given time but equally he deserves all the criticism coming his way because we have seen this football all season with no change

What’s your analysis of that game and performance, Kaz.

I’m all ears on where you see the shining lights and green shoots in that game, so fire away…
There is analysis of the whole season and there is all the slagging off of players when they are playing with injuries to help cover those who really cant play . The op wants a pep out discussion whatever he says, he has limited options and some untried teenagers are not going to save us , there is plenty of reasons why we are having a bad time , i wont repeat them AGAIN . He is not making the players fuck up their chance or make individual mistakes

Fail to against beat leicester and he should offer his resignation

I honestly think he's seriously thinking about quitting now, and could walk away from the job for the sake of his health ..... he's frustrated with the team, the injuries, even the fans, and it seems to be getting to him, even his press conferences are tame and more mundane than what they used to be ...... I'm sure Pep is at the crossroads now where he's even doubting his own ability to pull City around, he's got a number of players that he can't even rely on anymore, and a bench that is much weaker than the ones we used to have ...... he will also have seen what I saw today, late on, four or five City players blanking Ortega as he looked to play out to them .... they just didnt look to want the pass.

Only Foden managed to get our top mark of 7/10 in the MEN match ratings today, which clearly isn't good enough, and quite how he managed to get it I'm not sure ..... I don't even think that Everton were that good a side, they were stubborn, reasonably well organised, maybe tall in stature compared to us, but not much else.

Yeah look at the team squad for today. Don’t even recognise some of the names. Should tell the doubters something but probably won’t!!
