When is something going to be done about the Ticket Office?

We spend Millions on players, but take supporters for granted.

I just want to update my credit card expiry date details on my Cup Schemes.

You are supposed to be able to do this online, but when I press submit it does nothing. I have written, e-mailed without success and spent countless hours trying to get through to Supporter Services but it is impossible.

A normal commercial operation could not function, but somehow City's bosses seem to ignore this yet complaints persist year after year.

They could start by making sure the Ticketing web-site is navigable and fully functioning, and monitor the wait times on their calls.
 
I've never had a problem, they've always been fine with me aswel.

They'll be a que of emails for the supporter services to deal with so I doubt you'll get a reply straight away.

I had to put the long card number in again just for a change of date details for it to submit

Wait till you have a query slightly out of the routine

If I was a banking customer, or something similar, they'd have lost my business for good.

I really don't understand why the club has neglected to invest in the Ticket Office. It can't be that expensive. Overhaul the computer systems, and employ some decent managers and staff by offering decent pay rates. Consider the wages we pay players, it's small fry.

They sent me an e-mail to say the money for the Napoli ticket could not be taken but I could go on-line to update my details.

Every time I clicked on the Champions League button I got an error message.

Eventually I rang up and was told I was in a queue, eventually I got it sorted after finding out they had entered my card details incorrectly, but I agree with the OP that the ticket office still leaves a lot to be desired.
 
Got an email a couple of weeks ago reminding me the credit card I'd registered had expired, went online updated with the new card last week no problem.
 
The ticket office has always been poor and always will be.

The club takes advantage of the fact that people have to use it to get tickets so it sees no point in giving good service.

Doing exactly the same to me,not letting me submit,telling me my card number invalid,tried another just in case+doing the same,looks like its entry via the spirals for the cup games
 
Took me 25 mins to get through today at about 4.15pm. This morning I tried for 40 mins or so without success, during which time the queue time message changed from over 60mins to 45 to 15 and then back to 30 before I eventually gave up. Staff are fine once you get through, but there clearly aren't enough of them. Piss poor stuff for such a progressive club
