As someone who could have been referred to as a member of the gloom squad, i was very much encouraged by the initial team Bobby put out today, and even when Lescott got injured he stuck to his origonal formation, 2 wide players and 2 forwards, and as long as i dont see him reverting to starting games we should or must win with THREE defensive midfielders I will support him.
Great selection by the manager today, and a good performance, that with a bit more composure in front of goal could have been a lot better.
Very happy tonight, but still not sure that we will finish second (i guess I have been Blue too long to get my hopes up)

Probably because some of the negative stuff about Mancini is stupefyingly moronic given a) the hard facts of our results since he's been here, b) the fact that he has only been here three fucking months and people are saying (publicly!) that he 'has to go' and c) that these people disregard his quite frankly fantastic managerial record to date with other clubs with bullshit reasons and piss weak validation.

It's embarrassing mate. It makes us look on one hand stupid, on the other hand a bunch of impatient, clueless twats.

Bear in mind that that thread was started after going out of the cup after two gos at stoke and still its a relatively small number saying he should be gotten rid of and absolutely nothing compared to the what went on under Hughes.
