Which past City player would have prospered most under Pep

Pep would have drooled to have the Brightwell Brothers marshalling the back lines.

Would have turned Badbuy into a Halfdecentbuy.

Seriously, agree with Tevez,Lake,Bell,Kinky, Schmeichel. Gerry Gow as a DM, Barnes and Tueart might’ve been our Robben and Ribery.

Nasri for sure, I was desperate for him to come back that first summer in the shape of his life but he just doesn't give a toss.

Elano, Robinho, Jovetic, but mostly Nasri.

If Pep had been here when Nasri arrived he'd be operating on a similar sort of level to Isco right now I reckon.

As it stands he was still a massively underrated part of our team, but he could've been our best player.

Pep would've made excellent use of Maicon too.

Bell goes without saying, he would have just 'got it' on Pep's first day so should really be left out of discussion to make it fair. Several of the 60s team would do it, no problem. Mike Doyle could easily replace any of the cbs. From the 70s Barnes (with Pep's work ethic), Tueart, would be superb.

But one guy who could be perfect for Pep & play a bunch of positions: Brian Kidd.
