Stevie Ireland, Italy has some of the most technically gifted midfielders in the world. Mancini will bring a calm killer instinct to Stevie's game imo

It would be great to see Ireland continue his growth. I hope that he thrives under Mancini. Robbie is another obvious choice.

I agree with Dickov 99 in their choice of Richards.Discipline is a major percentage of Mancini's style IMO.Thats going to help everyone,but to me the young Lad Richards needs this quality more than most.Twill be great to witness.

It's not necessarily the players fault. Some managers dont get the best out of players. Some managers don't motivate them properly.

They may play better because of the tactics employed or being played in their more natural positions
