It’s because at the 1981 Replay the 30,000 Tickets sold at Wembley on the Sunday morning 99.99% went to Spurs Fans (apart from me and my mate pretty much -as that’s where I got my Ticket)
Thus on that Thursday night there were marauding mobs of Spurs arseholes looking to kick off all over the place -the complete opposite of the Saturday game when most of the Spurs Fans were OK and knew they had got away with it and we should’ve won.
Yep, carnage that night. Coach park at our end was a battleground. Oh and Chas & Dave are twats as well.

That's interesting. Didn't know that. Haven't had any kick-offs with Spurs fans, but I do find them easily the gobbiest of the London fans. Which is amazing, since they have won sweet f.a. by comparison with Arsenal and Chelsea. And have barely done better than West Ham.

remember driving to the Brit that day and all the wastelands round the ground and the fact at least one of us would be relegated you knew it was a dead cert after the game, but for me Stoke fans went up in my opinion after 2011 FA Cup final, all seemed to be very graceful in defeat
Every Stoke fan I met was gracious at Wembley in 2011. Almost as good as Sunderland were in 2014 and no Villa style shithousery.

It's a toss up between the rags and Moston rags , err maybe not as they are 2 cheeks of the same arse .

1. Liverpool (coach attack, even nastier more deluded fans per capita than United, the out and out shithousery of the dangerous cult that even surpasses United's)
2. United (they can't even top this league any more)
3. Tottenham (ever since '81)
4. Arsenal (ever since they turned on us)
5. Bayern
6. Ipswich ("You're the weakest link...goodbye")
7. Millwall
8. Villa
9. Burnley
And any other club that signed letters against City)

I realise this is a long list and I am a self confessed bitter bastard, but conversely, i do have a lorra love for Sunderland, quite like the two Sheffields, Barnsley (my dear old Mum's team), QPR, West Ham, Blackburn and Chesterfield.

Being a FOC and first watching City since being a kid, the rags were then no great shakes or even an issue.

That changed in 1958 obviously when the whole world became rags fans but I wasn't really arsed about them then either - mild irritation andf contempt.

The 1960's was when I really began to despise the arrogant cunts and faux supporters and of course the PL saw the bloody lemmings coming from of every unturned stone to follow their spiitual leader the Govan Bully .

The dippers then demanded a place at the top table of hatred with their feral and cultish behaviour as their jealousy and fear of a succesful City dawned on them. These bastards fed by ex-dipper players at every given opportunity have become a major shit stain on the world of football along with their M62 counterparts.

Other clubs in the UK cause momentary issues , but the two redshirts are the real human equivalent of cockroaches imo, and I absolutely fucking hate cockroaches.
This.
