Which watch do you wear?

Would love a nice chunky Omega Seamaster so I could feel like James Bond but can't justify spending £2k on something like that. So I am stuck with an Adidas Originals for everyday use (about £100)

and this Ellesse watch for trying to look a bit posh (again, about £100).

It was my old mans, i do not wear it but it is a lovely watch.

I've got a 1967 Seamaster with a black dial, very similar to that (mine's not the De Ville) - it was a bargain £150 from one of the jewellers on shudehill 10 years ago. I took it straight to Watches of Switzerland for a service, and they valued it at £1500. It's quite rare with a black dial from that year. I had a new face put on it 3 years ago, and it looks like brand new.

Mine is in storage and will be given to my son (who is 7 now) on his 21st, hopefully i will still be around to give it to him.
Like i say, it is a beautiful watch.
You did well :)

I think the screws in the bezel (actually bolts) are made so well and fine they stand the manafacturer at £10k a kilo. The original early '70's offering (ref 5402 with the JLC 920 ulta-thin caliber) is a darling (folk that copy watches can't copy that factory finish-maybe not too suprising seeing that you'd need a £150k lapping machine and plenty of experience)...

My 5402 with it's more 'modern' sibling.

Gone, but not forgotten ...

Tag Aquaracer, always wanted a tag and finally bit the bullet and got one last year. I really shouldnt have sold that kidney though, my wrist looks fantastic but face wise i'm a tiny bit jaundiced.
