Haahahahaha, Tevez better than milito villa and torres hahahahahahahhahahahahah.

This contant berating of Tevez is becoming tiresome, he was excellent for us last year thats a fact that can't be ignored!

Last season was his best in English football and at only 25 will get better imo, our top goalscorer, how any city fan can put the lads ability down like you constantly do is beyond me!

You're behaviour towards him reminds me of many bitter rags, and for that you are now a fcuking dirty rag in my eyes.

Tell him fixer mate!

Slow the bastherd bus our kid, lets keep it simple simon said....by '77/'78/'79/'80 Jennings wasnt even the third best keeper in the country but i have a sneaky suspicion you know that and i'm on candid camera.

I was winding u up a bit, i was more concerned that the 4 years before the cessation of his career he was world class,( which you stated, not me) he only played for us for 2 of them, the rest he played for seattle sounders, brighton, norwich and stoke(hardly clubs for a "so called world class keeper to be playing at"), and in them 2 years that he was playing for us, even jimmy rimmer and paul cooper (one of the best penalty savers i've seen) were on better form than he was.
I just couldn't figure out anywhere were you would even think he was world class.
the way you were talking was if someone had 1 good season that makes them world class, and that was the point i was making that the term is used far too loosely.
To be considered world class, in my mind you should be producing top notch performances over a number of seasons constant, not just the odd 1 or 2 here and there.

Guess what....4 years before the end of his career involving him singlehandedly keeping us up means the 4years playing for us....not St. Wilfreds Juniours '54-Ya Folla.

The thought of someone not putting in world class performances for a lowly club is a common enough mistake, i remember a journalist once doing a doubl-take when Bobby Robson declared George Birley to be the best ever right back he had seen on his world travels...though when asked by Robson did he know owt about good right-backs the double-take straightened right out. Thats the trouble with the 'world class monicker....if the face/club don't fit to some folks earliest football player swapsies cards then it ain't so. Nature's a funny mutherfucka.

I'll agree to disagree with you then and call it a draw, since your back to his last 4 years with us, and he didn't "single handedly" as you put it win the cup final for us, or even "single handedly" keep little halifax out, in them 4 years.

smile-click-candid camera ;-)
