The priority and marquee signing has to be a centre back.

Whether that is Mangala, Hummels, whoever. But we are going to have to pay top whack because everyone knows that is the last piece of our jigsaw.

Optional would be a new left back to replace Clichy and rotate with Kolarov.

If we really want a treat, I would replace Hart as well but I think Pantilimon could become a beast over time.

Mangala, Jagielka, Cancelo and Shaw/Coentrao for me, then get rid of both our LB's, DM and Lescott. I don't think either of our leftbacks are good enough and I'd rather have one great one than two who both have massive flaws, Mangala can fill in at LB when needed or possibly sign a young understudy. Cancelo to cover and be long term successor to Zaba.

At CB, Mangala would compliment Vinny nicely, while Jagielka would be good cover while Nastasic and Rekik compete for the 4th spot. Jagielka is consideredably better on the ball than Lescott while also a pretty dependable defender (and Homegrown)

Perfect solution for centre half I think. Definitely on board with the Jagielka idea to keep the English quota up, think he's a good centre half and better than Lescott for the system we play. Mangala is going to require mega bucks but it's surely just got to be paid this summer? We can't continue to gimp this side by skimping at centre half. We're not just going to stumble across another Kompany for 6 million.

Don't agree with those calling to sell Kolarov and Milner, both have proven themselves for me this season, particularly Kolarov and Milner is a fine squad player. The priority has to be CM and CB this summer. Benatia, Mangala, Hummels, whoever. At CM, Fernando seems the likely pick. However, that would leave us still with 3 reliable CMs (Garcia maybe as back up) so if Pogba was available we might also try going all out for him. After that, I'd say next priority would be LB, with Shaw and Monreno as possible options to replace Clichy. We may need to replace Richards too but this isn't as urgent and I'm not sure who we would go after. So outside of that, the only other purchases I can see is getting another AM (Isco?).

Jagielka would have been a decent buy a couple of years ago but he's the same age as Lescott and Everton would do their usual and try to fleece us. Don't see the point.

Mangala for sure and Fernando too. Wouldn't mind an attacking mid- Kroos or Isco. Höwedes or Hummels is not too bad a choice either. I would love to get Balotelli back, I'm not really sure why though.
