From what I have seen I like the look of Matuidi. Seems to have a great engine and technical ability about him. No idea how much he would be though.

Just remembered that when Danilo joined, he said Pep thought he could play in the middle as well as at fullback.

So we've got Gundogan, Delph, possibly using KDB there on occasion, possibly Danilo, possibly 1 of the kids on tour steps up...

We do have plenty of options if we have to wait 12 months to nail down someone perfect to take over from Fern.
