Whilst I have a degree of sympathy with the Sunaks' concept of fining people for missed appointments.... what I'd like to know is..... who is going to administer it?

But if Apple was a company run by green and white hoopy people with a fetish for lustrous (so you claim) hair and single malts then you'd be in with a chance.
The reason the pair of them haven't mentioned the NHS or the cost of living crisis is because the Tory MPs and party members don't give a stuff about either. This election is about the party, not about running the country.
