Who Was Your First Ever

Paul Simpson was my first City hero. I was gutted when he left.

Paul Power he clearly loved Manchester City and put his heart and soul into it.

Followed by the quick turning, wonderfully skilful Trevor Francis. What a player. Would have thrived in the modern game and would have got into this City team IMO.

Paulo Wanchope was my first favourite player, him and Benarbia were my favourite players watch when I was around 6 that I can distinctly remember

From a relatively new supporter perspective: Nigel DeJong

The ferocity of his play reminded me of an American Football version of Mike Singletary...undersized yet intimidating. His was my first shirt purchase at City Store.

Dennis Tueart for his overhead kick vs Newcastle
Steve McKenzie for his wonderful volley against the spuds in the 81 cup final replay. Why does itv and BBC never fuckin show that goal.
Oh and David Moyes.........
