who were you hugging whe the goal went in?

I was in Mary D's and when Mackie scored for 1.2 I heard some bloke near me ring his wife and say "you better come get me it's going to kick off in here" at 2.2 he rang her back to say forget the lift and at the end he was singing with the rest of us, I didn't say anything but he knew from my face what I thought.

Everyone in a 1 metre radius. Namely Mrs Bluegorton, mates Ian, Hazzer, Louise, The Welsh folk, some big guy called Wookie(it's on his shirt),Wookie's mate or Dad, couple of lads from Droylsden Carl and his mate, Ian again, and probably the family behind me a few times.

And yes I've shed a good few tears on the day and since, Nashark, but I cried watching Lost-the finale and Titanic :0/

Edit: Louise had already left and couldn't get back in. Don't laugh, it's not funny.

No-one. I fell to my knees in relief. I was probably in that position until a minute or so after the final whistle.

When I got up I hugged a friend and the person in the seat next to me.

My two sons, and then, two lads who sit in front of us, who have not said a word all season, turned round and joined in!!
