West Ham's prospects are interesting, I like Demba Ba. Scott Parker would be nice too, but a little too old for us though.

I like Adams, but I would find it hard to rule out one or two of the West ham team due to them having a poor poor manager. You can't pick your manager and he's ultimately a big part of how your season prevails.

Scot Parker would be worth a point considering the above he still came out looking good, which is a testament to his character.

I'd have Scott Dann here any day of the week. He'd provide good back up at centre back and may even push lescott for a start. He wouldnt cost much either.

Everybody bangs on about Upson, but this lad has been the most consistent performer par Parker for WHU this season
