Why after today has Mancini lost the fans?

It was Chalsea away so a point would have been good enough. I must admit there has been a huge sway of supporters who have turned against him on all the boards and radio phone-inns.

What was the final straw?

It's not just the fans he has to worry about I think he has lost the Chairman and there is only one outcome there!

I thought I hadn't seen him for a while.

They should check the bogs out in the directors box......he may of just fell into a sleep induced coma ;-)

Usual defeatist, knee jerk sh*te.

The fans weren't happy under Hughes because he played attacking free-flowing football and we were poor at defending.

Now we look rock solid, probably only lost today due to tired legs and minds in the last 15 minutes and therefore Mancinin should go.

Damned if you do, damned if you don't. What the City fans are saying is I want us to play like Barcelona, well, guess what we're not Barcelona.

We're two years into our development so yeh we are still behind the likes of Chelsea and the Rags who've been doing it year on year on year.

Its the impatience from our fans that's the problem, not Mancini.
That's 80% right. However, Mancini needs to understand that we're capable of beating any team in this league home or away and that we should be more attack-minded generally speaking.

Losing the 4 o clock sunday game is never easy to swallow but to lose it in the manner which we did - soaking up endless amounts of pressure and creating very little goal scoring opportunities ourselves - is not going to endear fans to Mancini.

People don't mind losing so much if you feel that the team has given their all and tried to win but we're not watching those type of games and today there was a certain inevitabilty about the outcome from the start of the second half - where once again we kicked off and instead of keeping pocession we were under pressure within a minute which seems to be a feature of our play these days - and it happened as they put 2 past us.

This time last season all over again, boring negative football.
Going out of a semi to the rags, losing a rearanged shoot out for 4th to spuds.
ffs bob go for it,we have the players just let them play.

They might lose if he goes for it.

(Of course they'll definitely lose if he doesn't but he still doesn't understand that)

I don't think he's losing the fans, rather boring them into submission.
