Why are we hated so much?

We got rich. Some fans dislike us because they're jelous we got rich and win everything, for most it's because of the lies told by the media

It's 'typical' Typical City isn't it? Could only happen to the original soap opera club. We'll never be the teacher's pet like them. It's part of why we love 'em so much.

I think the hateful 8 have dropped to 5. Other clubs and their fans have no strong feelings either way. But some of them realise that at some point in the future there may come a point that this could happen to them. They've seen a pretty remarkable turnaround at Newcastle and clubs like Everton and Leeds to name but two know that it could happen to them in the future. But if we go down the door of opportunity is pretty much shut. Newcastle must suspect that it'll be them they go after next and now Ashley's gone they want a slice of what we have had.

If you tell a lie enough it becomes the truth and I've noted for a long time the amount of complete strangers on social media platforms post stuff about sportwashing, half empty Etihad, no history )and all the other City bingo bollocks) and yet you look at their profile to see what they're about. And there's nothing. Football could not be further away from the thoughts in their daily lives, not so much as a club crest but you just know that they 'favour' the usual lot. They are just life's vanilla, vapid gobshites and their opinion counts for nothing. But when they all throw their worthless two penneth in, especially at times like these it feels like the world is against us.

I choose to ignore them just like last time until the time comes when we win this battle and the next one is the end game.

Then I will turn the gas up to full and boil their piss with relish.

The English hate winners, I once saw an interview with Davy Jones from the Monkees, he was asked why he livid in the USA despite the Monkess finishing years before, he said because in America success is celebrated, if you drive down the road in a flash car, there is no jealousy just acknowledgment you’ve probably earned it, in the U.K. they’d just scratch it. The English press etc love to build up the under dog and the first was celebrated because of the dominance of the cunts across the road, but now we are seen as billy big boll and they want us to fail.
If this was an American football team they would be lauded in their country but not here, the English are a very spiteful nation, even more so these days and it’s fuelled by media and social media is the worst. If we should fail in all this, they will love it, but then they will come to realise it will be United winning it for the foreseeable future, Liverpool are shit, Newcastle won’t be allowed to and Arsenal maybe now and then. Back to the same old shit we had for the first 20 years of the premier league, what a load of shit that will be and I tell you what they will wish for us to be back to stop it.
Look at how we treat anyone of success and this country and spite and jealousy is not far behind.

Personally I find the genuine old school fans of most clubs dont hate us, its mainly just the thick sheep that follow (never go) the "history" clubs that get taken in with all the media shite thats spouted about us most days,
I think in a way these latest charges puzzle a lot of normal fans who dream of getting some serious money invested in there clubs but realise it could end up more or less a closed shop for anyone trying to climb into the top spots.

Because City is an obstacle for the yanks to seize the Premier League. Their proxy war is been ongoing for a while and they can boast Chelsea as their first beach head, the red franchises their warships.
The yanks want an english football (sawccer) clubs ownership monopoly of their own, modelled on their riot geared hand egg.

Some of you lot have talked about muricanisation of language, that's nought compared to what's coming. Bliar and Bush, Bozo and Biden, you've got the drift. It won't end unless England obtains independence from their yank masters.

The media are sad hirelings from their yank paymasters, toeing the party line of throwing all the propaganda slander against City; and the Brits, gullible and dimwitted by nature, fall easily for the yank fake news campaign.
The media know how to do it, as they are very applied pupils of one Herr Goebbels:
Lie continuously and some will stick.

We should change the lyrics
Euefa hate us
the premier league despise us
We’re cheating bastards
but we don’t care
We are city super city
We are city from Maine road

@BringBackSwales The best way I can sum it up is to remind you of the treatment Sterling got when he left the dips. Perhaps that one transfer summed up the power shift and boy did he pay for it.
It only stopped when Sterling himself called the media out.
The rags and dips fans are needed by the media for advertising revenue so they will say anything to keep them onside.
