Why are we hated so much?

A lot of people are unhappy with the direction that football has gone in the last 20 years and City are emblematic of that change, and a lot of people falsely mistake the ADUG ownership as the cause rather than a symptom.

Plus, people have been battered over the head with the phrase "Financial Fair Play" until the idea that if everyone follows those rules the game will be fine, and seem to think football was fair before clubs like City came along and spent money to catch up.

Sam Allardyce nailed it yesterday when he said football's never been fair.

We are disliked by the FA and the PL because we've spoilt their party. The rags, dippers Arse and Chelsea have over a billion followers around the globe, of which the rags have 650 million. But our "little" City don't have that so when we became the most successful club in the country the PL and FA have come to the conclusion we're costing them millions. They're not going to stop us being successful on the pitch and they think they've found another way. In the words of Margaret Thatcher "We fight on, we fight to win" CTID

Well if anyone would know about corruption in football it would be him

England (in particular) does not like change. It does not like upward movement in society. It does not like 'new money'. You are supposed to stay in 'your place'. Many, many, people are arselickers of The Establishment.

That's without touching on hostility to foreigners, especially non-white foreigners, which is very common.

On top of that, we have a deeply corrupt media, that makes Dr Goebbels look honest and devoted to truth.
