Why Are We Not Allowed To Criticise Mancini?

Reading the umpteen comments about our Champions League performances, it seems that Mancini is forever beyond criticism. However, it seems to me that he is at least partly responsible and may simply be getting too big for his Italian boots. He has been unable to motivate players like Robinho, Adebayor, Bellamy, Boateng, Tevez and several others. Dzeko will be the next on his list. His man management skills need to be vastly improved if he wants to lead City to greater glories. As for his substitutional tactics, why does he always remove a striker and replace him with a midfielder only to bring on another striker some time later. He seems to do this all the time. Why for God's sake? Without doubt, Mancini is the best manager we have had at this football club but that doesn't mean that he can escape criticism. No I'm not a Rag, simply a fellow blue who lived through the doldrums of the 1990's and would love to see our current success last longer than that enjoyed by the last club who won the league simply through buying power and little else...Blackburn Rovers.

Simple really. we were not in the very least competing in the middle of the park. We have 2 inform strikers on the pitch yet supply was shite. steady the ship before you load the guns, else your firing in the water

nobody stops you criticising, its just there are people who dont hammer him into the ground everytime something goes wrong. he is an excellent manager, yes mistakes are made sometimes but on the whole he proved more than worthy to run this club.

scowy
im not the op but had to laugh at your question, i was with my sons at the game on saturday and when balotelli came on i was moaning at my lads saying whats he doing then 10 minutes later jumping up and down when mario scored, i said to my lads i told you he knew what he was doing and laughed, i held my hands up to bobby on saturday
last night was a bad day at the office but i think he made a mistake in toure for lescott
hes learning as are we the fans and the team, lets hope we learn fast though

Bullshit mate, all them players you mentioned have a history of being twats, nothing to do with Bobby.

Dzeko will not be the next, he is a good lad who rightly was pissed he was taken of (all players should show such determination) albeit stay a little calmer. He will have appologized by now and that will be done and dusted.

I believe we will qualify from this group.Still plenty of points to be picked up.Then Mancini will be god again.

Criticising Mancini isn't forbidden, in fact many on here have made a career out of it, however at this moment the only sensible thing to do is show some solidarity with the manager, and the club, and back them. The Tevez debacle has left us exposed and a united front is required. In a few weeks revisiting this with hindsight and a clearer head might be the best option.

As has been said previously if you watched it last night you would have seen Yaya push right up when de Jong came on .............. playing attacker and midfielder depending on the situation .... that was his tactic and as it wasn't working he wanted to bring on Tevez

Criticise a manager whos unbeaten in 12(correct me if im wrong)League games in a row, and lost only 1 game this season?? Why would we want to do that! All the abuse that comes your way from this post will be justified!
