Why buy sinclair?

It is now apparent that he was not mancini's signing and so if mancini didn't want him why buy him? Fortunately he's not the type to disrupt the dressing room but I can't help but feel sorry for the lad, he played a key roll at swansea last season and now he's looking unlikely to even get a premier league winners medal if we do win it this year. He's a great pro with a great attitude and deserves better to be honest, the fact that he only got 20 mins in the 3rd round of the FA cup against watford says it all really, especially when his pace could prove useful for us in some games.
 
I'm not sure he's helping himself. Has looked really timid when he has come on, looking for the pass all the time when he should be playing to his strengths and driving at opponents with his pace.

If that's how he looks in training, then no wonder Mancini doesn't rate him.
 
I think he needs a run of games before people judge him because I haven’t seen much of the lad. Seems stupid selling Aj for Sinclair but Platt did say he was made aware before signing he would only be a bit part player
