So why aren`t you called Sir Twatty of Twattyland ?
I don't get it, do you put the bottle cap back on an empty bottle or something, and why the 3 cups ?
It wasn't open long. Shame really as Manchester doesn't have a decent leisure centre with slides and a wave machine. I used to have to drive with my kids to Barnsley Sheffield Blackpool Blackburn and Stoke. We went to Hyde leisure centre a few times but they soon got bored there.
For me yeah......then again I'm a right gobby scruffy shoplifting Citeh ****....I fit right in
Openshaw was posh compared to GortonShould have took them to rhyll sun centre, you can never got bored of Rhyll.
Gorton tub was shite looking back, but as a kid having a fancy pool with slides was ace, at least the building is still used for fitness and gymnastics not a boaded up shell like a lot of old baths.
Gorton is a lot better than it was, we don't do shoplifters that much anymore, we are not openshaw you know ;-)
As for user name, I used to have a black overcoat that I wore and one night when it was misty a mate made a comment about me walking up in the fog, he was a big elbow fan and quoted their song forget myself and said you got an urban genie look about you as I fold me arms a lot, thought it was a decent name and so used it.

Hardly anything left of Openshaw or Gorton that I remembered as a kid. Mostly knocked downWas being the word.
