A nice positive thread on our beloved club,

So I love City because...

- Our close family ties
- The working-class element that has always been attached to the Club
- The connection between City and the 'Madchester' music scene
- The only club where you can experience the depths of Division Two and be the champions of England 13 years later, in the modern game
- Past glories with great players like Bell, Brook, Trautmann, Summerbee, Swift, Johnson etc.
- The only reigning champions to be relegated (Typical City)
- The loyalty of the fans, and the humour
- Size of our fan-base considering the lack of success before 2011
- The integrity of our owners
- CFA

Your turn...

-Because I am a glory hunter!

But seriously, for me it has always been the humour of the fans. Our ability to laugh at ourselves in times of despair is an honourable trait.

Because typical city always makes it like a roller coaster of emotions

They're my local side; I was brought up for my first 10 years about 5-10 minutes walk from Maine Road. Who else was I going to support; that other lot? Plus, as others have already said on here, our ability to laugh at ourselves. Let's face it; if we couldn't, we'd all have jumped off the top of the CIS tower long ago!
