saving players for the dippers, when ushited had got beat at home,

then blame the players after the game,

you play your best team when they are fit, simple,

us fans that travelled up there deserved better than that crap!

maybe we'll rest ourselves when we play shit teams and you can play in an empty stadium eh?

we wouldnt do it, so buck your fucking idea's up lad, points on the board win titles not fit players!

Why are people acting like he put out the kids? Dzeko, Johnson, Nasri etc are all well capable of winning that game. We had 19 shots but couldn't finish them off, it happens. Those player needed resting at some point for the greater good of the whole season.

Squad rotation is essential.

Hopefully tomorrow will vindicate RM (10 straight home wins this season!)

RM played his "C" side yesterday, as Baconface would have done.

Only difference is they get the luck and we don't seem to (also they would have won it 1.0!)

He has put out two strong teams against two "weak" teams and on both occasions we didnt play well enough to win or even score a goal. It's nothing to do with who the players were it's about the ones out there not playing well enough and to a large extent it's about simply not putting the ball in the net.

Silva and Aguero were on for long enough and they failed to do it as well so who's to say it would have been different if we had started with the so called strongest team.Didnt we have the strongest team out against WBA?

It will be the same every game now as the opposition have been shown clearly how to play against us.Very deep with as many people back as possible. The scousers will do the same tonight and they will look to break fast against us.

For us it's all about getting that elusive goal and ideally early in the game to open it up.The goalscorers need to find their touch again.Simples.

People seem to forget just how difficult it is when the home team parks the bus, we did it after going 1-0 up at home to the scum(geovanni)...2007..

It aint easy..as the scum found out..

Excellent post, nail on the head.

I agree with the OP.

We should've played our strongest team to secure the points and then worry about Tuesday night after.

If we'd have gone 2 or 3 up he could've taken Silva, Aguero and 1 other off to save them.

They would have still played the same time. If it had been 0-0 at 60 minutes I'd rather see Johnson coming on rather than running out of energy and ideas.

A gamble that didn't work IMO.

Still onwards and upwards and time to put it right against the K.K.K. tomorrow.
