I have said it before, I say it again. When you play teams set up like Sunderland/Baggies, you have to bury the chances you get.
We had £50 odd million quids worth of striking talent on yesterday and failed to score. There is always a slim chance the opposition will fluke one as happened yesterday, and then your in trouble.
Aguero, who I rate very highly, is currently going thru a period of uncertainty. He is getting in the right positions, but at the moment hitting the goalies midriff with most of his efforts. Needs to sharpen up. Dzeko is a player out of form, he is trying too hard, and IMO needs games to get sharp. Due to our rotation policy he will not get that. I think he will be one of the first ones to move on, along with NDJ, which is a bit of a shame.

For us it's all about getting that elusive goal and ideally early in the game to open it up.The goalscorers need to find their touch again.Simples.

Get the impression this is a wum thread.
There's no logical sense to the OP whatsoever, makes some over the top demands and then doesn't come back to the thread when others oppose his view.
We didn't put out a weak team, we need to rotate our squad with Liverpool coming 48 hours after this game. If we had it the OP's way we'd be at burn out, picking up injuries and the players coming in would have had no league experience this year.

we needed points,
plus i was there so i can have a moan, bloody long day and trip from nottingham and back with manflu!
i love mancini and think he's done very well to turn us into the best team in the prem but when united lose we need to take advantage, arsenal did exactly the same last year and ended up with fuck all!

The team Mancini put out yesterday would have beaten Sunderland at the Etihad no probs..Away to a ten man defence is a different kettle of fish.
