Yeah grow up Mat you sad twat!

Hate is the way forward, hate anyone different to you, fuck hate, fear others, fear your neighbour, fear other races, religions and cultures, fear made up diseases, vote Cameron or else you must be a gay, a lesbian, a student, a Muslim or a Black...even maybe a women. I hate all of those people. White men rule ok?

here we go again with the race/minority card when it's not relevant.

You're sounding like an over-sensitive stuck record.

And you sound like a cock.

I'm almost positive you're one of a few dozen posters who've been banned in the past once their 'interest' in politics collapsed into random bigotry. You'll be gone soon, I've seen it all before.

My favourite thing about you is sniggering about the moment you decided to go 'hmm I'll name myself after a black player, that will save me when people notice that 100% of my posts are about racial issues'...genius!

Don't know how you can do it tbh, you know I looked into it but after visiting several JCPs here in London, thought nope, not for me. Couldn't understand half the staff let alone the "customers".

The job I joined in 1981 has changed TB. Immeasurably.

However, if I can help someone feel better about their situation and help them get a job then there is still some satisfaction in that. I really don't care anymore which political party is in charge (have worked under both Tory and New Labour), I just want to be left alone to do my job in the way I know I can do it.

It's actually a load of bollocks that people spout about "all the public servants would vote for Labour, it's a given." It's a myth. Truly.

Most Public Servants on the front line would give anything to just to be able to give a service that made sense and was effective. It really is that simple.

Very true for the VAST majority of those that are working in the DWP or JBO's and for people like myself that have worked in jobcentres and are now investigating those trying to steal OUR money, i can only wish HMRC would co-operate more closely to tackle ALL forms of theft from the PUBLIC purse.

I will never apologise for my beliefs, PUBLIC NEED NOT PRIVATE GREED but i know that the current welfare state needs a radical root and branch reform.

I can imagine, we have a friend in NHS management (admin) and she gets so pissed off when a new Health Minister is appointed, rules change, training is wiped etc etc new targets (how you can realistically set targets in NHS or JCP is beyond me)
I live in a LEP area (who doesn't) exceeds the minimum criteria for most jobs I apply for but do I get an interview from LEP assured jobs? No

Agreed. I work for the NHS and its constant change, change, change.

This is Ally, not Pearcey. Oooops.

Pearcey, they keep reading the bollocks in the media and tar us all with the same brush. However, we do try and deliver a service DESPITE what goes on behind the scenes. Do you agree?

In much the same way as you can set targets in almost any part of the Public SERVICE, all phone calls MUST be answered by three rings.........all callers to the office must be seen by 15 minutes...... every investigator must achieve 25 sanctions......
you achieve your target, you MIGHT get £50 less tax and NI, your region obtains its target your manager gets £5,000+ you do the sums.

I mean on the "job placement achieved" front, it's not always possible for answer within 3 rings, last time I signed on, the call was answered iin 1 1/2 hours ! Repeated attempts as it timed out (Sunderland cc) ironically my MP walked past the call box I was using and was just about to shout him over when my call was answered
