Wilfried Bony 2015/2016 Performances

Why is it such a moral outcry to lament a player on match day now? It's no surprise, just look down the line. It is/was okay for majority to slag and boo Kolarov, cheer when Yaya is subbed, boo players like Edgehill and Bradbury. I'm sure there are many many others.

I don't lend much support to Bony now, because he looks like he isn't arsed. If there's a good footballer in him, we must have seen it about 5 times in 40 games for us. He's not good enough, I won't boo or slag him at the match, but I won't defend his precious little cotton socks that don't move very fast because of an apparent lack of mobility.

Is/was it?

How the fuck do you know whether he tries dickhead? He is slow, not lazy. Hes definitely not useless, anyone with a brain can see he is a good footballer, just not really suited to us. On your shoulders? So you see it as a chore to support your players throuh good and bad? Well then do us a favour and dont come, you are all that is wrong with the modern football fan and the reason for our shite atmosphere.

I wonder if he is busting a gut, putting in extra training, changing his diet to drop weight?

Why would it be?

Bony isn't going to get any fitter or better being subbed off against a shit Villa team already three goals down.

Pellegrini personally requested signing Bony, and had a free pass to keep him out there, and hope he boosted his confidence, even if one eventually went in off his arse.

Hardly the best way of trying to improve his confidence, feeding into large sections of the crowd who were never convinced by his actual signing.

Ability debate, aside, that was one game on Saturday when he should have been kept out there.

You are pissing in the wind with Bony TH. It's obvious he is so out of his depth it's actually quite awkward to watch now. Thankfully come the end of season he will be off elsewhere probably for a pitiful fee or loan. Unless we can talk the Chinese into signing him.

Any minute he spends on the pitch is a minute too long and he should definitely be behind kelechi in the pecking order. The fact that he isn't is an embarrassment in itself.

i really wanted him to succeed and it would be great if he could find some form for the rest of this season. Beyond that he's got to be on the way out.

The problem is we need results/points,we have no opportunity to allow an out of form player the necessary minutes to find his feet again.

Watch pellegrini start him on Saturday.....

I think Bony is a real quality player who hasn't found any form at City, largely down to bad luck with injuries etc.

I don't see where he'd suit a Guardiola team though & he's taking up the spot of a non 'homegrown' player so..

Will most likely haunt us if he leaves us & stays in the Prem. Gave us real problems for Swansea.
