Was LVG having a pop at City over Bony on sky earlier, saying "that's how we do business, we find a target and they we buy them," was very sarcastic and aimed at someone.
SSN has become Van Gaal's official mouthpiece. Their transfer policy is a joke and has been since piss pot went senile and started buying Phil Jones, Smalling, Zaha and Powell for massive money.

The rags have been a joke with their recruitment since Gill and Ferguson retired.

Chelsea on the other hand have been deadly with their sales and acquisitions lately. I would say we have generally been in between, a few slip ups but usually ok?

I hope our management team deliver the goods on this one.

Its the Daily Star so not worrying about it but I guess some will have a little flap over this, so couldn't help myself!;)

Wilfried Bony

Chelsea are considering hijacking Manchester City's Wilfried Bony deal.

The Ivorian is on the verge of a move to the Etihad Stadium but it is being held up by City's failure to agree a fee with Swansea.

Blues boss Jose Mourinho is keen on Bony and Didier Drogba recently admitted he wants to see his countryman join him at the club.
I'm puzzled by people posting artcles from "newspapers" such as the Daily Star, how do you know the article is there in the first place? Surely you don't read it? Tell me it's not so...

Well they swooped hazard of us and if they get the cash will just pay it! Tough one though as £25m + £5m add ons should easily be enough to get bony!

Did us a favour getting Hazard, hugely over rated

He tends to disappear in bigger games but I'd have loved him here. That transfer "snub" hit me the hardest, I think, just because of how much work we put into it. And by we, I mean how many posts his thread had in the transfer forum.

I think if Chelsea were sniffing he would be a City player by now I honestly think for the reason that Bony is away till feb that City are relaxed about it especially with the return of Aguero and Dzeko I know it is on another thread but the talk about Jovetic is a little premature firstly Milan will not want to stump up £18-£20 million and didn't Pellers say we want 4 strikers sort of defeats the object unless City have another up their sleeve or are desperate to get rid of JOV

I don't trust those Chavs even a single bit! Remember what they did to Spurs with Willian? I hope we get this over with soon enough!

Feel quite relaxed that this will happen in good time to suit all parties, and it's a good indication of our standing in the future that we are attracting players of this calibre relatively easily because of what we can offer to their career prospects of winning medals.

I imagine Mourinho would love to hijack this signing if possible, and Bony would be as much an asset to them as he would be to us. If they were to sell Schurrle for the figures mentioned, it'd be a concern but we're clearly in pole position on this one. Would be a big surprise if they gazumped us on this.
