Maybe you have a point but "lol" at the "brainless bastards" is a slightly patronising way of putting it.
The Falklands is still a relatively "recent" conflict in a lot of people's eyes....as is the "hand of God" shortly afterwards.
I don't hold a grudge against any particular nation-mind you,it's easy for me to say that with all my limbs intact,sat safely behind my computer in a nice warm house.
This is the thing... soldiers and those who sympathise with state violence always say "we just do what we're told - it's not our fault" and yet they're usually the first to hate the individual on the opposing side who would say the exact same thing. Even worse they collectivize this outrage to encompass millions of people, a whole nation, the children of that generation and even a flag. I'm sorry but if that isn't brainless behaviour I really don't know what is.
