Did Arsenal not buy Ramsey with view to keep him there on loan?

if hes smart he wont move to us, he needs regular games not sitting on the bench with the manager saying hes one for the future and only playing cup games.

players like him and josh Mcheachren are too good to sit on the bench every week.

He played the final half hour for the u21's last night and impressed in a pretty poor game.

He played a 'deep lying' role and showed good vision and athleticism.He's very mobile,always looking for the ball and not afraid to put his foot in when needed,he's certainly not as lightweight as i imagined.

Obviously very little time to assess or judge,however,he looks lively and hungry - i think he has something worth pursuing,especially given i can't think of anyone in the academy who has his attributes.

From watching the highlights,he had a fantastic game against Leeds today,this lad looks a genuine talent,a complete midfielder,similarities to Wilshere perhaps.

Caught my first glimpse of this lad last night on the football league show although lightweight he looked good on the ball. My dads old adage though nice feet shame about the face.
