I was at Gillingham 99, that's what made it more dissapointing, that he chose to celebrate like that in front of us
Oh and by the way, if Aguero came out and had a pop at the club, would you boo him if he had a chance to play us? Would you fuck. Dickov's goals were at the very least just as important if not more.

The post I referred to said that he wouldn't boo or cheer as he doesn't wear our shirt any more.

Not whether he is still playing or not, not whether he slated the club or not (if Sterling is considered to have slated the club there are a lot of sensitive souls out there IMO), not whether he is deemed and enemy or not.

Just the idea, that we shouldn't boo or cheer footballers as soon as they stop wearing our shirt. That's never been the case.

Well your last sentence is exactly how it played out for me,didn't clap or cheer,as he's an active player, playing for a rival.

Not that too difficult to understand where my standpoint is surely

The Chav's definitely have divided opinions on Raheem...... Not sure he is a good fit there, especially now with Potter who doesn't seem to have a scooby on where to play him and get the best out of him. He played his best football for us and no surprise that it was Pep who got that out of him!

Chelsea signed the wrong Potter haha.

Yeah, he would of suited playing under Arteta more than where he is now

I
Sammy jnr was a jumped up prick as a youngn. I grew up around the mcilroys in flixton, although his sisters were our attraction :-). See him regularly now walking his dog down Parrin lane eccles. He’s sound with his hipster beard.
I met him a few years back - he was working in The Fragrance Shop in Lancaster high street. Seemed a nice enough bloke but then again he was trying to sell me stuff ;)

He achieved legend status for about 15 seconds when he scored the winning goal against Spurs in the Champions League quarter final. Then VAR stepped in and relinquished it.

The lad scored over 100 goals for City (not sure on the exact numbers) and won ten major trophies. He's a City legend.

Yes really. He hasn't has he. Theirs a few obvious names ahead of him. My point wasn't his performance though. When he was 5 goals in 4 or whatever it was, he was happy to blame his inconsistent form at city on pep. People are happy to slagg sterling but suck off Jesus. The only genuine guy is zin.
Not from what I've seen. Everything that is good about them starts from him. His pressing and workrate are superb and
I agree, his link up play from what I have seen has been very good, learned that trait with us,definitely their best player, but with that number 9 on his back, like we wanted and expected if the goals don't arrive, fans have different views.

Like I said a few days ago,it's ok scoring against the mediocre opponents Arsenal had faced in the early stages of the season, but to not score in 7 or 8 matches now ? Not too great is it really
Depends how you look at it. Only seen the highlights of the game at weekend but he caused Chelsea all kinds of problems . Their goal game from a corner that he won out of nothing for them. He's the leader of that team and I reckon his mentality has rubbed off on a few of them.
