It would be hard to go back to those days after tasting the glory. Back then we knew nothing else. Personally I can’t ever see us falling below an established PL team challenging for European places. Our owners have laid the foundations to ensure this is how it will be

Yeah I doubt we'll ever be that bad again. It was a good character building excersise though, makes us appreciate how good we are rather than feeling the need to rub it in peoples facea like fans of some clubs

Probably, although it's not so bad being rubbish. I still enjoyed it then, dare I say more so. Only in regards to the whole match-day experience though. Would never downplay our recent success and i'm eternally thankful for it.

Shoot, even Football Manager is rigged in the rags favour. I was playing them in the FA Cup Final at 24 minutes just equalized 1-1 and proceeded to have a player get 2 yellow cards in 3 minutes to get sent off. Held my own until the half. What happened? At 50 minutes another of mine gets shown a straight red. Filthy cheating bastards. :)
