Injuries and luck will play a big part imho. If we are able to get our key players fit and keep them fit, then probably yes. But if we were to lose say Aguero and Yaya, then no.

Funny thing is, it's really Arsenal's to lose. Beat us at home in a week or so and they are really in a very very strong position. I don't expect them to beat us at home, but they might.

We've played better football than ever this season, scored loads of great goals from open play, and we are getting better and better.
We have rarely fielded a team which we could call full strength, when every player has been on top form.
I believe that we are still improving, and as Silva, Kompany, Nastasic and Hart regain form, fitness, and come back into the team - possibly backed by Jovetic and Rodwell - we should go from strength to strength.
So, the answer is definitely a big fat "No" - as this is City!
Probably, we won't even make the top 4

If we beat Southampton & Arsenal then possibly.
If not then no. Chelsea are favourites.
We have to play all the better teams (except Chelski) away from home in the 2nd have of the season which will be tough, though that will probably be easier for City than playing poorer teams away from home.
